Stay Active During Lockdown

Coach Pat and long-time member of Live Well Elyse have been working consistently in lockdown on her joint strength and health during her third trimester as this is of high importance for her, especially since she’s expecting twins!

With the correct exercise selection, set up and cueing, mobility over zoom can be quite the experience. In this case, the experience for Elyse during this particular session was utilizing as much of the hamstring to bring the ankle as close to the bum as possible without letting the lower back interfere.

The result? Elyse has not only maintained her range of motion but has increased both her control and strength as well, especially in her shoulders and hips.
