Training for climbing.

In any physical activity, the more controllable ranges of motion available will mean you will possess more movement opportunities. In this case in the world of rock climbing, if you don’t have enough hip mobility to step to the next foot hold on a scattered rock face then you don’t have that option to use that opportunity, and you’ll need to figure out another route, which can result in unnecessary energy, strength and time spent.

Marianne conquered her fear of returning to lead climbing that happened because of her consistent effort in the gym developing an overall increase in general strength and mobility. Now, our current program has become more specific towards the demands of climbing in order for her to be even more successful in facing more difficult climbs.

The possibilities become endless when we aim to continue to expand our current capabilities, this applies not only in the gym, but to everything we do in life.
