From 13 August, people without access to a smartphone can check in quickly and easily to our business using the new NSW Government COVID-19 check-in card.
The COVID-19 check-in card is a hard copy card with an encrypted, unique QR code that contains your registered contact details.
If you don’t have a smartphone, rather than filling out a form, you will now be able to simply show our staff a printed copy of your unique COVID-19 card. Staff will scan the QR code on the card which will populate an online webform with your details and your visit will be registered. Alternatively, if you are able to self-serve, you can scan your card using the link provided on the online webform, and check yourself in.
You can use the card to check-in at participating businesses or venues displaying the NSW Government QR code.
Importantly, checking in helps NSW Health contact you quickly if you have been at a venue or business at the same time as a confirmed COVID-19 case. This is a critical part of protecting you, your family and helping stop the spread of COVID-19 in the community.
