So what’s the next step to stop the spark escalating into a full-scale blaze that consumes your business. Do you choose mediation or do you choose a Mediator? What ‘fire-fighting’ skills does your Mediator need to de-escalate a dispute and help you improve business relationships from a potentially catastrophic and business-ending experience.
Karl will offer an alternative view of the Mediator role – a fluid and adaptive person who reconnects people at the human level, and the mediation process and help protect you and your business with safe hands to de-escalate your dispute and find a positive way forward
You will learn about
• The ‘Adjacent Possible’ and Emergence concept for best results
• The formal structured Mediation process and national accreditation of mediators
• What is not Mediation.
At the completion of the session you will be able to:
• Discuss Mediator ‘fire-fighter’ skills to prevent a spark from escalating into a blaze
• Distinguish Mediator from Mediation
• Apply a new way of thinking in order to choose the right Mediator for your business
