About Your Presenters:
Since establishing Rob Drage Consulting in conjunction with his move to Orange NSW, Rob has worked with many business owners to define and reach their goals of owning profitable, sustainable businesses. In the current environment (March 2020) the emphasis is very much focused on cash flow, customer engagement, customer service and channels to market. Rob’s experience as a business owner and consultant with Thexton Armstrong allows for a “hands-on” approach to business challenges – developing solutions that are appropriate and manageable – especially in terms of e-Commerce opportunities and disruptive environments. His corporate experience brings the benefits of discipline, structure, communication and “Big picture thinking” to various clients businesses. Over recent years he has been advising Regional and Western Sydney retail clients in both traditional (clothing, gift, sports) and niche sectors (tabletop gaming, strategy gaming, Baby wear).
Anthony has had a successful career as a business consultant and operational manager, working with a variety of high-profile businesses during his career. Anthony’s core strengths are in business development, sales, marketing, process development and strategic planning. Anthony also has experience running his own small business, having worked in regionally based start-ups and large family partnerships, giving him a solid understanding of small business and the specific challenges, they face. Anthony has a passion to help regional businesses and believes that the core business concepts of target customer, product, value, positioning, and customer experience remain the foundation to start, grow or turn around a business. Anthony holds a Bachelor in Applied Science and other sales qualifications.
