Since covid many are looking to start a business, they might have the start of an idea but haven’t taken it to the next level to work out if it’s going to work, and too many take the easy route with low barriers to entry.

This meeting-style webinar will go through the simple ways you can evaluate if your business will succeed. Including how to do a simple financial forecast, the principles of unique selling proposition and barriers to entry.

About Your Presenters:
David Yeates
Based in Wagga Wagga, David’s experience in franchising, retail, corporate operation, sales and wholesale with high-profile retailers provides a valuable resource to operators. The development and growth of new outlets is a specialty of David’s which is joined by his knowledge of technical corporate sales.

Ann Sutton
Ann managed her family-owned retail store comprising a supermarket, newsagency and giftware for 18 years in Coolah near the Liverpool Plains. She was elected retail representative on the IGA NSW/ACT State Board, where she held the role of chairman, and also chairman of the Culture Governance and Compliance Committee. She also sat on the IGA National Board.

She has direct management experience in fashion and retail and has a background in rural business administration. She has held leadership positions within her business community and won numerous business awards, including runner-up, the most outstanding business in the Orana Region in Western New South Wales. Ann was also an Australian Telstra Business Women’s Award nominee.
