How to run a successful cafe

Date
14 March 2022, Monday
Time
3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Events Category:

Cafes in our neighbourhoods have reported strong trading levels during COVID, and in some cases, revenue has increased as more people are staying and working within their local neighbourhood. However, despite increased trade many cafes still find the following areas challenging:

• Making enough profit to create a healthy work-life balance

• Managing staff

• No formal training – ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’.

This is an ideal opportunity for Café owners to gain practical advice from ex café owner Katherine Blizard on how they can increase profits, remain competitive, and create business models to future-proof their success.

John Quek, Council Relationship Manager from Service NSW will offer advice on how to get access to support and resources for your business.
