An invaluable tool for start-ups and established businesses alike, Strategyzer defines a Business Model Canvas as “a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool which allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot your business model”.

Your Business Model Canvas will break your business model down into easily understood segments which you can then dig into, identify, and act on areas that you can improve on. It will reveal clear paths on which to build your business innovation strategy, gain a better understanding of your business, communicate your goals to your team, and communicate to your clients “WHY” they should do business with you.

You will:
• Discover how to develop your Business Model Canvas
• Gain an understanding of your current business model
• Learn what you can do to change and improve your business

You will leave the session with:
• A working knowledge of what a business model canvas is and ways to apply it in your business
• An understanding of where you could make changes in your business to have the greatest impact
• The knowledge to refine and adapt your business model to grow your business

This online workshop is designed for established businesses who are looking for new opportunities to change their operations and business models. The workshop is limited to 20 attendees and is available to business owners throughout NSW who are registered customers of the Business Connect program.

The session will be recorded, and the recording and associated documentation will be made available to those who attend this session.

His strengths include global trade & developing and growing teams to take on new challenges in an ever-changing world.
